Glasspack / Pentaprint is a rigid, lightweight plastic sheet with good flatness and dimensional stability. It is a semi-rigid substrate widely used in signage due to its strength, thinness, and ease of handling.
Key features: Durable, lightweight material with good rigidity for indoor signage or short- to medium-term applications in protected environments. Its composition is similar to that used in plastic cards.
Printing and finishing: It can be printed directly with UV inks or PVC inks. For certain projects, printed adhesive vinyl can be applied to the substrate and protected with clear laminate to improve its durability.
Recommended uses: information signs, technical signage, interior plaques, identifiers, commercial graphic supports and light signage.
Specifications: Available thickness: 0.7 mm. Approximate durability: high indoors and medium outdoors in protected areas. Not recommended for prolonged exposure to direct weathering.
