carteling.com may modify the conditions or offers published on its website at any time (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). But the modifications will not affect in any case the purchases already made by our users.

Product and manufacturer names and brands are used for identification purposes only. All photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.

2. How can I buy on the web?

3. Price of the products. Taxes and customs

On the peninsula and in the Balearic Islands we sell with 21% VAT .

In the Canary Islands we sell with 7% IGIC, without customs charges.

In Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra and other territories we sell tax-free, since local and international customs are responsible for managing the corresponding taxes.

4. What are the shipping and transportation conditions?

4.a) Where do we ship to?

Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Europe and America.

4.b) How long will you receive your order?

At carteling.com, in most cases we create and manufacture our products . This requires a time that may vary depending on the order, you will be able to see estimates during all the steps of the order. After preparation or manufacturing, we send the merchandise by parcel. So if when you review your order you see that it is in the "preparing order" situation, don't worry, we will probably be in the manufacturing process.

We use several parcel carriers for shipments. The estimated delivery time is generally 72 hours. Weekdays. Holidays or long weekends do not count, nor do weekends.

For the rest of Europe and America we work with the Correos company. Delivery times may vary depending on destination from 15 to 45 days.

All our shipments carry a locator, which in most cases is activated only when the shipment arrives at the destination office in your area, which we use to monitor its delivery status. As soon as the tracking is valid, we will let you know with an email, indicating that the order is in the delivery process.

Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a commitment. Since it is possible that for reasons beyond our control and the carrier's control, shipments may be delayed. Delivery times do not take into account local or national holidays, Saturdays, Sundays or holiday periods.

4.e) Free shipping*

If your order exceeds €60 in products , taxes included, we do not charge you for shipping. This offer is valid for the Spanish territory, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the peninsular territory. Excluding shipments outside of Spain. Applicable only to A2 size posters and smaller ones. Not combinable with other promotions.

4.f) Where will I receive the order?

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user on the order form.

Delivery will be made through the transport companies offered by carteling.com

If the user is absent at the time of delivery of the order, the transport company will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

We exhaustively track the delivery of all orders.

4.g) Changes of address.

We send orders to the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order. For this, there is the possibility of saving as many addresses as you want in your account and using them interchangeably for delivery or billing.

If you wish to make a change to the delivery address, you must do so before we ship.

If your order is in shipping or delivery status, the customer will bear the transportation costs generated by the change of address.

In the event that the order has already been delivered to the address initially indicated by the client, once it is in the client's possession, the client will be responsible at his or her own expense for making the appropriate arrangements to reroute the order.

5. Payment method

5.a) Payment by bank transfer

By bank transfer, we will provide you with a current account in the confirmation email of your order. After your entry or transfer, our administration department must verify that it has been made effective. 6. What are the invoices like?

All our shipments are invoiced as indicated by legislation. We send the digital invoice with each order at the time of physical shipment. If you want a copy, you can ask us for it at any time and we will send it by digital or traditional mail as you indicate.

7. Returns

7.a) What period do I have to cancel the purchase or decide to return a product?

The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the “Product” from the date of receipt without incurring any penalty or expense, except for those corresponding to the return and without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the user or an authorized third party.

We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products.

7.b) How can I cancel the purchase?

7.c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?

8. Printing data, verification obligation

We carry out all printing orders exclusively on the basis of the data transmitted to us by customers. Said data must be transferred only in vector formats in CMYK, in no case bitmap graphics within a vector format file.

If the data formats or specifications do not match those required, carteling.com cannot guarantee an impeccable printing result. The client has the obligation to subject the data to a meticulous check before sending it to carteling.com and to check whether this data is suitable for the work requested.

The client assumes all responsibility for possible printing errors due to erroneous data transmission. By express wish of the client and if technically possible, we can work with formats other than those indicated in the client information. If errors arise during the data format conversion process by carteling.com, the company assumes no responsibility.

The client will assume the risk involved in the conversion. We can convert the data sent to you in CMYK mode. When manipulating RGB data or ICC type color profiles, a discrepancy in the colors of the original must be expected. The client assumes responsibility for possible discrepancies in this regard.

By transmitting print data in a mode other than vector CMYK, the customer assumes all possible risks of a conversion. If vectorization of graphics is necessary for use in media that require it, the client assumes responsibility for possible errors in their conversion, such as spelling errors, changes in fonts, differences in proportions or distances. .

9. Ownership, File, Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of the client

The cylinders/photoliths/clichés/screens prepared and used for the execution of the contract will be the exclusive property of carteling.com. All printing data, as well as any other objects, semi-products or other manufactured materials for the purpose of reuse, will not be stored beyond the delivery period, nor will they be returned to the client.

carteling.com will produce all its products exclusively based on the information and printing data provided by the client for this purpose.

carteling.com is not responsible for the content of the printed matter. The client and/or its business group guarantee, at all times, to be the owner of the corresponding intellectual or industrial property rights over images, logos, information and other content in such printing data, and that these are protected by legislation on intellectual and industrial property, or who have the right to use such titles and/or rights.

Otherwise, any resulting liability or any type of violation of the protective regulations in this matter will be attributed solely to the client. The client exempts and will hold carteling.com harmless from all liability derived from actions brought by third parties, leaving carteling.com entitled to demand from the client any damages and losses caused - if any - in this context.

10. Legal guarantee

The products sold by carteling.com are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery on new products by the seller, in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations.

We do not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling. The “Products” sold on our Website are intended solely for the use described in the specifications of each product.

13. Cause of force majeure

carteling.com will not be responsible for any non-compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Cause of Force Majeure").

Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of performance, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control such as a) Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action; b) Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war; c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster; d) Impossibility of using means of transportation; Impossibility of using telecommunications systems; and e) Government acts, regulations or restrictions.

The obligations derived from these conditions will be suspended during the period of the Cause of Force Majeure and the period to comply with said obligations will be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure and we will use all reasonable means to end the Cause of Force Majeure or find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Cause of Force Majeure.

14. Partial nullity

If any of these General conditions are declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

15. Applicable legislation and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or demands arising from them or referring to their object or conclusion (including non-contractual litigation or claims) will be governed by Spanish law.

Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said products will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
