Composite / Dibond
Composite panels, also known as Dibond, consist of a polyethylene core and two aluminum outer faces. They combine high rigidity, dimensional stability, and low weight, making them one of the most widely used materials for outdoor signage.
Main features: rigid, stable material resistant to deformation. Offers good resistance to weathering, corrosion, and prolonged use in outdoor installations.
Printing and finishing: can be printed with UV inks or labeled with laminated polymeric vinyl to improve the durability and resistance of the design.
Recommended uses: outdoor signs, commercial signage, corporate plaques, industrial signs, directories, information panels and applications where rigidity with low weight is required.
Specifications: Available thickness: 3 mm. Approximate durability: very high indoors and high outdoors, even in prolonged applications when properly installed.
