The video-surveillance zone badge must inform about:

• The existence of the treatment (video surveillance)
• The identity of the person responsible for the treatment or the video surveillance system, and its address.
• The possibility of exercising the rights recognized in articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD.
• Where to obtain more information about the processing of personal data.
• Likewise, the rest of the information that must be provided to those affected in compliance with the right to information regulated in the RGPD will also be made available to interested parties.
